How To Cook Fast and Healthy Food
As a working mom, I know that all you want is to have an easy way to make meals for your kids. What if I tell you that those meals can be both fast and easy, and also very tasty and nutritious….
Here are some super easy recipes:
1. DRANIKI (also known as Russian potato pancakes)

You need:
Celery root (raw)
Potatoes (raw)
Garlic (raw)
Salt /Pepper
An Egg (raw)
Keto or Gluten free flour of choice (approx. 2 tablespoons)
Grapeseed oil for cooking
Preparation:
Peel celery root and potatoes (for one root take three potatoes)
Mince garlic
Shred both celery root and potatoes into a pot, mix in garlic to taste
Add salt and paper to taste
Mix in the egg and flour
Place some flour on a plate
With a tablespoon, scoop celery and potato mixture and place into the flour, making a patty
Heat Grapeseed oil in a pan on medium heat
Place each patty in the pan until the pan is filled, close the lid, and cook on medium heat
After 5 minutes, turn the patties over
For a crispier patty, you can add more heat
Serve with Avocado oil Mayo or Coconut yogurt
2. PUREE O-LA-LA

You need:
Parsnip (raw)
Cauliflower (raw)
Garlic (raw)
Avocado (peeled)
Vegetable broth
Grapeseed oil for cooking
Salt/pepper
Mixer
Preparation:
Clean and cut half of cauliflower (cut it into small pieces)
Peel parsnip and cut into slices (3-4 parsnips per ½ of medium-size cauliflower)
Mince garlic
Preheat a pan with grapeseed oil on medium heat
Place parsnip in pan, cover with lid, and sautee for 10 minutes
Add cauliflower pieces and garlic, sautee for 10 more minutes or until soft (it is ok if smaller pieces get darker)
Add vegetable broth (depending on the consistency of the pure you wish to get, 1/2 cup to 3 cups of mix)
Add salt/pepper to taste
Add avocado (for creamy texture, protein and vitamins)
Mix until smooth
Serve while hot with any meat, fish or salad
O-la-la!
3. Brussel sprouts with Tahini sauce

You need:
Brussel sprouts
Tahini Sauce
Grapeseed oil (for cooking)
Salt/pepper
Pomegranate seeds or shredded dates
Mixing ball
Baking pen
Preparation:
Preheat oven at 360 degrees F
Clean and cut Brussel sprouts (in half or quarter, depending on their size)
Place Brussel sprouts in the mixing ball
Add grapeseed oil and mix
Add tahini sauce (one tablespoon per cup of Brussel sprouts or to taste). Mix.
Add salt/pepper to taste
Place the mix evenly onto a baking pan and bake for 20-25 min at 360F
Brussel sprouts are ready when crunchy
Serve hot or cold, garnished with pomegranate seeds or shredded dates
