I’m excited to share the Shower Yoga journey and to create a place where we exchange ideas along the way. These simple and elegant practices combined with mindful lifestyle choices lead to a deep sense of well-being, bringing nourishment to mind, body, and spirit.
With Shower Yoga, you’ll balance your body and emotions by releasing stress, frustration, and worries. Through regular practice, your mind will grow in its capacity to observe and be present with what is.
I’m not a yogi, yoga teacher or professional athlete. I’m a mother, professional videographer, tango dancer, and avid supporter of the arts. I imagine that most of you can relate to such an active lifestyle. It’s from my own full life that Shower Yoga organically unfolded. And it’s from this same place that I’ll continue to share practices, insights, and tips for bringing balance to our busy lives.
